Having endured a year of pain & impact to my quality of life I was extremely lucky to have Mr Tai as my surgeon. Throughout every step of the original consultation, he took the time to explain the process, guide me through my options as well as explain the risks associated. His PA (Ellis) was absolutely superb in taking care of all of the scheduling & kept me informed along the way. This was my first ever operation, Mr Tai fully understood my nerves & hesitation & was with me through every step of the way, he is the consummate profession & following a full hip replacement I was up on my feet & within a week walking totally unaided, I've been completely pain free within 6 weeks & back enjoying life to the full once again. When you embark on life changing surgery you always hope for the best outcome, I could not recommend Mr Tai & his team at Pinehill enough, the nurses, the anesthesiologists & the after care team have all been simply amazing - Thank You so much !

An NHS experience that felt like a Private one. I couldn't have asked for a more courteous, professional service. My knee replacement operation has been hugely successful. Thank you.

Mr. Tai was very informative of the procedure to be undertaken and the risks involved, all questions answered in great detail to put my mind at complete rest. I had a total hip replacement after a few years of a lot of pain. The operation was a complete success, on the day of the operation it was a bit uncomfortable not a lot of pain, over the next two weeks the recovery was remarkable. I stopped using my crutches after two weeks and could walk unaided and without pain. This man is extremely gifted, I would recommend him to all family and friends.

Mr Tai was extremely helpful regarding my hip and what options I had. When I decided to have a hip replacement this was offered within 4 weeks. All the organisation through Ellis his PA was excellent. The hip operation went very well, and the outcome is 5 stars. There is a small scar, but it is now nearly seven weeks since the operation and I feel like a new person. The aftercare has been good, and I would recommend this package to people looking for a consultant and a hospital to have this done in.

After having my consultation with Mr Tai I came away very satisfied and ready for my surgery. He answered all my questions/queries clearly and detailed any risks involved with the surgery so that I had a clear knowledge of how my procedure would go. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my surgery, it was a complete success. I have had no implications with my surgery and my wound has healed completely. The surgery I had was a total hip replacement.
